"Since we started using the FranchiZe Predictor, our Franchise Operator failure rate has dropped to the point where in the past 18 months we've haven't had a single failure of a Franchise Operator that was recommended by the FranchiZe Predictor. At the same time, sales have improved in transfer stores. Transfer stores far outperform others in the system. For instance, in transferred stores, sales went from an average negative growth rate to a positive 20% growth rate. One store went from a negative growth rate to a sales increase of 26% the first year and an additional 13% the next year. One thing we didn't anticipate was the FranchiZe Predictor's impact on guest experience. In a recent SMG restaurant satisfaction survey we went from scoring absolutely last to now being rated in the middle which is a very large improvement so quickly after starting with the FranchiZe Predictor. In another guest experience survey done by Restaurant News, Quizno's rating jumped more than any other company. Our rating jumped more than 26 spots from 29th up to 3rd. I wish we could have used the FranchiZe Predictor earlier."
